Annapurna is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders, ensuring the effective management of our human resources.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR support aligned with organisational goals.
- HR Administration: Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, acting as the point of contact with external payroll providers, and coordinating benefits administration where relevant.
- Onboarding and Employee Relations: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation, and partner with leaders to address employee concerns, support with action plans following employee surveys, and maintain high levels of morale and motivation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English is a must.
