Role Overview

As a seasoned Industry Process Consultant, you will be working with DELMIA Quintiq, a leading supply chain planning and optimization solution, to support clients in achieving their operational and business goals. With a strong background in Advanced Planning System software, you will leverage your expertise to educate clients, identify pain points, and propose tailored solutions to drive value and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large and complex technical sales support activities with prospective clients, delivering product demonstrations and explaining the value of DELMIA Quintiq solutions.
  • Collaborate with the centralized expert team to share knowledge, enable peers, and contribute to cross-functional teams to drive shared success.
  • Discover and analyze customer business problems, defining architectural visions for solution implementation and formulating recommendations and solutions with supporting value evidence.
  • Articulate value based on identified KPIs and KVIs, using customer value models and adapting them to the client's specific challenges and needs.
  • Support presentation of value proposals to Executive/Head of Department sponsors and develop Best-In-Class demos and solution vision presentations.
  • Support Request For Information/Request for Proposal processes and collaborate with DASSAULT SYSTEMES Business Partners to drive growth and sales activities.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

· 5+ years' experience in the Advanced Planning System software space

· Experience with multiple facets of Supply Chain (S&OP, MPS, MPS, Detailed scheduling, Logistics planning, Route optimization, Workforce scheduling)

· Experience across all manufacturing horizons, be it as a user or in the positioning of an APS to deliver value in sales engagements

· Supply chain management knowledge

· Experience in or exposure to Object Oriented Programming

· Great communication skills, comfortable delivering presentations to C-level audiences

· Good analytical skills and problem-solving approach

· Highly motivated and independent

· Effective time management

· Results-driven

· Thrives in high-pressure environments/situations

· Knowledge of or working experience with DELMIA Quintiq software is preferred but not required
