Role Overview
As part of a distributed HR team across Europe, you will engage in all recruitment initiatives for the Veepee Tech community. Acting as a vital business partner, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and Engineering Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire candidate journey from sourcing to finalizing offers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Handle numerous open roles and candidates efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Design and implement a sourcing strategy to cultivate a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to proactively address their needs and assist in team building.
- Formulate and negotiate offers to secure top talent.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Enhance, develop, and implement new processes in collaboration with team members.
- Identify and engage in collaborative recruitment and HR projects.
- Participate in staffing committees to present weekly activities and validate recruitment requests.
- Engage in team rituals and contribute to both internal and external events.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong interest and comprehension of the business and technology landscape.
- Experience in technology recruitment, either in-house or through an agency.
- Extensive experience utilizing both traditional and innovative platforms to identify, recruit, and secure high-caliber candidates.
- Proven organizational abilities to manage a high volume of hiring while taking ownership of projects.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Collaborative team player mentality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in a third European language (French or Spanish) is advantageous.
- Data-driven mindset.
