About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team at Coty, a leading beauty company. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products for the Burberry brand, from insight analysis to product concepting, formulation, and launch campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies to achieve commercial success and brand growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and trade marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in product development and launch.
  • Manage budgets and financials for product launches, ensuring profitability and margin objectives are met.
  • Monitor sales performance and market share, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and fashion houses to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development and marketing, preferably in the fragrance industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development, marketing, and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
