About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Coty, a leading beauty company. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products for the Burberry brand, from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product launch strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers and agencies
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the luxury fragrance industry
- Proven track record of successful product launches and business growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
