About the Role
  • We are seeking a dedicated Technical Payroll Implementation Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical lead for payroll implementations, primarily for international clients, working closely with various stakeholders, including our global partner.
  • Assess and comprehend client needs and requests.
  • Conduct audits of client payroll components and processes, ensuring a smooth technical implementation for efficient service delivery from the start.
  • Oversee all technical aspects during the implementation phase, including configurations, backup calculations, and the transition to the payroll consultant.
  • Communicate processes effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor the project plan daily, focusing on technical and administrative implementation tasks.
  • Participate actively in meetings and calls with clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Review and enhance internal processes, assisting in the update of documentation.
  • Streamline work processes to boost efficiency and provide constructive feedback to clients and team members.
  • Possibly manage additional projects related to client implementations alongside the team.
Candidate Profile
  • A degree in HR or Management is preferred.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg tax and social legislation.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a payroll consultant in Luxembourg.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Apsal is advantageous.
  • Possess a solution-oriented, client-focused mindset, and be a collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Show interest in tackling challenges and managing multiple priorities effectively.
