About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Generalist to join our team at LHH Luxembourg. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the Luxembourg market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide payroll administration services to clients, including salary payments, benefits, and tax compliance.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and new hire orientation.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional client service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR and payroll administration, preferably in a consulting or recruitment agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
