Role Overview:
- Develop, oversee, and communicate the Group's Risk Appetite with an emphasis on climate and sustainability risk oversight.
- Facilitate collaborative groups focused on climate change and sustainability initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute the risk management framework pertaining to climate change and sustainability challenges.
- Generate the Climate segment of the ORSA documentation.
- Enforce governance and monitoring of the Group Risk Appetite metrics.
- Create the quarterly dashboard for Group Risk Appetite.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in the insurance sector, finance, legal, and compliance fields.
- Exceptional communication abilities in English.
- Proven leadership skills with a capacity to navigate complex scenarios.
- Adaptability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and varying levels of seniority.
- Engagement in ongoing regulatory advancements related to climate and sustainability risks.
