Job Title: Network Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Account Manager to join our team at Marion Diversified Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of associates, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and manage new associates to provide exceptional service to our clients
  • Negotiate associate service fees with a win-win mentality, ensuring cost-effective value for our clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with associates, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration
  • Manage associate data points within our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Act as a problem solver with a creative mindset, addressing any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with our Client Services team to coordinate special requests and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage field-based employees who provide service at client locations, coordinating routing and supply delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in relationship management, procurement, or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and MS Office
  • Ability to juggle multiple client projects, maintaining sharp diligence to due dates and deliverables
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
