Senior Go-To-Market Manager for Global Smartphone Expansion

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a seasoned Senior Go-To-Market Manager to spearhead the global expansion of our smartphone products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy, ensuring product launch readiness and meeting quarterly and long-term business planning objectives.
  • Responsible for meeting product category sales and margin guidelines, driving decisions for the product portfolio, and defining market opportunities.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and industry analysis to guide business planning and promotional strategy, running simulations to develop forecasts for program costs.
  • Drive commercial discussions, channel readiness, product sell in, sell out, and sell through, as well as managing all partnerships with distributors and channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales, and supply chain to develop local business strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Expertise in Go-To-Market Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Global vision and interested in the mobile industry.
  • Fluent English or Chinese speaker, with French being a plus.
