Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences and exceed sales projections.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and labor costs to ensure optimal profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing food and beverage operations, including sales growth, cost control, and staff development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
