Join Maersk as a Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Coordinator to join our team at Maersk. As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and reliable accounting information for Senator France and Senator Spain.
  • Supervise accounting activities for both entities, including supervising a finance assistant.
  • Manage SG&A/operational vendors, including creation and master data updates.
  • Communicate with French Tax administration on tax-related matters.
  • Assist the finance assistant with daily operations and closing for Senator Spain.
  • Verify and book suppliers' invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with VAT, balances, and GL accounts.
  • Oversee yearly legal audits and perform French GAAP and APMM GAAP bridge analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
