About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in France and Southern Europe, focusing on the SMB and Mid-Market segments. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, managing a team of account executives, and coaching them to qualify inbound customers and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and grow pipeline
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Identify and address underlying challenges related to systems, people, and processes to improve sales performance
Requirements:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on SMB and Mid-Market segments
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of account executives
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
