Job Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Manager at DYNAMES TECH, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of suitable profiles (internal or external) in accordance with the company's needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Direct and coordinate recruitment processes from need identification to candidate selection and proposal of recruitment packages. Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to ensure a smooth process.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and deploy a talent acquisition strategy at your level, including Hot Jobs, Talent Acquisition Campaigns, direct approaches, and headhunting.
- Diversity and Equity: Ensure fairness among candidates and promote diversity in your profiles.
- Reporting and KPIs: Provide comprehensive reporting and KPIs related to talent governance.
- Campus Initiatives: Propose, organize, and participate in campus initiatives.
- HR Support: Support local HR teams in HR matters, including internal mobility, onboarding, retention, and employer branding actions.
Internal Mobility
- Promoting Internal Mobility: Encourage internal mobility and promote it within the company.
- Collaboration with HR: Meet with colleagues to coordinate internal mobility projects with HR Business Partners.
- Sharing Mobility Projects: Share internal mobility projects with the Staffing & Recruitment community.

Requirements
We are looking for a highly experienced Recruitment Manager with a strong background in HR and recruitment, particularly in technical and specialized profiles. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. Proficiency in English is essential.
