About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Manager to join our team at Rexel, a leading expert in the professional multichannel distribution of electrical products and services for the energy world. As a key member of our Group Treasury and Credit Management departments, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a large ecosystem of finance tools and ensuring the smooth delivery of finance/IT projects related to all treasury and credit management applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of finance/IT projects related to all treasury and credit management applications, in collaboration with the Group IT departments.
  • Understand both finance and Information Technology to effectively communicate with stakeholders and make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with IT technical support, finance stakeholders across Rexel entities, banks, IT providers, and other internal departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Lead local or group finance projects involving payment processing skills as business application owner, improving payment processes, anti-fraud processes, collection/risk processes, designing, setting up, and training.
  • Provide prompt support to end Treasury/Credit Management Systems users and ensure compliance with Swift CSP, Group requirements, and Security assessment.
  • User management (access/connection) and periodic user access review.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in corporate finance, with experience in financial processes, especially Treasury.
  • IT skills, including Project management, SQL, and BI (Business Intelligence) would be a plus.
  • Customer-oriented, support-focused, and able to speak with IT and finance terms.
  • Full proficiency in both English and French.
