Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Project Manager to join our EMEA IT Team. As a member of this team, you will work closely with the Solution Management team as a project manager, responsible for planning, supporting, and delivering IT projects, as well as collaborating to bring support for existing business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Delivery: Define project specifications, steps, and deliverables in collaboration with operational actors, the IT team, and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Link internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient operation and maintaining good relations within the project team.
- Support and Backup: Provide level 2 IT solution support to the EMEA IT Service Desk and ensure the backup of other Business Project Leaders.
- Travel and Collaboration: Regular travel to EMEA areas and other SAKATA regions to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a consulting or service-oriented environment.
- Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex and large-scale IT projects, strong knowledge and experience in business process reengineering, excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tools and Methodologies: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Prince 2, ERP Business Central, and Microsoft Power Platform.
