Role Overview
In alignment with the region's Digital Strategy, we are introducing a new position to facilitate the execution of key initiatives and projects across EMEA, acting as a liaison to guide and implement both internal and customer-facing system modifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the European Region.
- Thoroughly document necessary digital modifications.
- Collaborate with the business to adhere to IT change protocols.
- Engage with key stakeholders effectively.
- Gather, assess, and analyze business requirements.
- Coordinate between various business departments and groups.
- Evaluate options for process enhancement, including business process modeling.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
- Strategize innovative ideas to enhance business operations.
- Draft development requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and execute a testing plan.
- Communicate priorities and timelines with business partners.
- Proficiently utilize MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for presentations and reports.

Qualifications and Skills
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in managing complex, cross-departmental projects or change initiatives.
- Proven capabilities in stakeholder management with demonstrable experience in engaging with business and functional leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in overseeing, managing, or enhancing back-office, administrative, or IT processes.
- Technical experience in pest elimination is advantageous.
- Project Management or Process Improvement certifications (Green Belt, Black Belt, PMBOK, etc.) are a significant advantage, although candidates can work towards these qualifications as part of the role.
- Experience in IT project delivery or management is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process enhancements, and operational decisions.
- Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
- Experience in testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in both French and English is required; knowledge of Spanish or German is a considerable advantage.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to multi-skill as necessary to accomplish tasks.

Remote Work and Travel
While the role allows for remote work, candidates must be within a commutable distance of one of the EU head office locations, as there will be an expectation to travel for meetings.
