We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team in South East France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our range of cardiac products to healthcare facilities and specialist doctors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual objectives
- Negotiate with stakeholders to secure deals and promote our products
- Monitor and manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Organize and participate in events to showcase our products and services
- Provide training and support to customers on our products and installation techniques
- Manage administrative tasks, including planning, expense reports, and visit reports
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies
- Monitor customer complaints and feedback to improve our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with scientific developments and advancements in the field
- At least 3 years' experience in a sales or commercial role, preferably in the medical equipment or implantable devices sector
- Strong knowledge of operating theatres and hospital procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Conversational English is a must
