About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intellectual Property Manager to join our team at Oceanwings. As a key member of our R&D department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our intellectual property strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the commercial potential of our innovation portfolio
  • Negotiate intellectual property rights with partners and defend our strategic interests
  • Ensure our products respect the industrial property rights of third parties
  • Assist with research tax credits and public subsidies requirements
  • Participate in negotiations for partnerships with universities and public bodies
  • Define training programs and ensure team skills development
Requirements
  • Scientific Master degree specialized in our field of activity
  • Graduate of the patent stream CEIPI
  • Knowledge of documentary research techniques and prior art searches
  • Fluency in written and spoken English for patent and trademark filings
