The Consultant Care Manager is integral to ensuring the satisfaction and retention of consultants associated with Mantu.
Below are the key responsibilities and objectives:
- **Employee Support and Relationship Management**
Serve as the main point of contact for independent consultants, offering assistance and resolving any challenges they may encounter.
- **Onboarding and Guidance**
Manage the onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring they are well-informed about the services, procedures, and benefits associated with their employment.
Provide support and direction to new hires regarding administrative, legal, and financial matters pertinent to their employment status.
- **Personnel Administration**
Oversee onboarding tasks, including the establishment of employment contracts, health insurance, and initiation of assignments.
Manage billing and monitor monthly timesheets and expense reports.
Handle payroll functions: Initial Employment Declaration, data entry, monitoring, and monthly reconciliation.
Manage offboarding processes: Mutual Termination Agreements, entry of end-of-contract documentation, final settlements, and Exit Declarations.
- **Contract and Compliance Management**
Supervise the preparation and management of contracts between new consultants, clients, and Mantu, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- **Quality Assurance and Improvement**
Evaluate and monitor the quality of services provided, collecting feedback from clients and consultants to identify areas for enhancement.
Implement strategies to elevate service quality, efficiency, and satisfaction for both clients and consultants.
- **Communication and Reporting**
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on any changes, developments, or issues that may arise.
Prepare and deliver reports on account status, challenges encountered, and solutions implemented to management.
- **Professional Development Support**
Provide resources and assistance for the professional growth of consultants, including access to training and networking opportunities.
Promote knowledge sharing and best practices among consultants to cultivate a sense of community and continuous improvement.
- **Market Awareness**
Stay updated on industry trends, labor regulations, and market dynamics that may affect Mantu, its clients, and its consultants.
Utilize this information to anticipate needs, advise stakeholders, and guide strategic planning.
The role of a Consultant Care Manager at Mantu is diverse, emphasizing both operational excellence and strategic development to ensure the satisfaction and success of all involved parties.
Ideal Candidate:
- Currently pursuing a master's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, human resources, or a similar role is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Competent in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently; Strong problem-solving skills; Proficient in analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with generative AI is a plus for enhancing daily productivity
