Customer Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Manager to join our dynamic team at Deutsche Börse Group. As a key member of our Customer Care Exchange & Registries team, you will be responsible for guiding prospects through the admission process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer support.

  • Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline the admission process and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform technical setups and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the admission of prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or a related field.
