Our extensive portfolio includes high-speed trains, metros, monorails, trams, and comprehensive solutions encompassing services, infrastructure, signaling, and digital mobility. Each day, our diverse team works towards creating greener and smarter mobility solutions globally, connecting cities while reducing carbon emissions and minimizing reliance on cars.

Your Role:

We are seeking a full-time Project Planning Manager to join our Electrical Development Center (EDC) in Toulouse. This center is pivotal in developing electrical products from the detailed design phase through to serial production.

In this role, you will leverage your planning expertise to support our EDC, reporting directly to Lionel Cervantes, Head of Projects & Operations. You will collaborate with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating the timely delivery of projects throughout the electrical pre-serial phase.
  • Implementing project scheduling processes while managing various alternatives.
  • Logically sequencing and linking all project activities.
  • Ensuring efficient management and issuance of deliverables.
  • Providing proactive reports to customers, core teams, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Facilitating stakeholder management and conducting productive meetings.
  • Leading regular schedule reviews against progress status.
  • Developing effective project execution plans and strategies.
  • Contributing to team agility and cross-functional alignment.

About You:

We prioritize passion and attitude over extensive experience. While we do not expect you to possess every skill, the following qualifications will enhance your success in this role:

  • Strong team spirit and collaborative management skills.
  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A background in project management and industrial operations.
  • Previous experience as a Planning or Project Manager in Development, Sub-Systems, or Operations within the Transportation, Construction, or other industrial sectors.
  • Analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and resilience.
  • Ability to adapt, influence, and negotiate effectively.
  • Proactive issue anticipation and resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with complex design-build projects, tendering, engineering, sourcing, supply chain, and quality processes.

What We Offer:

Embark on a transformative career journey with us – the rail industry is evolving, providing opportunities for growth and skill development throughout your career. You will:

  • Face challenges and enjoy a long-term career free from monotonous routines.
  • Be part of a dynamic team focused on continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to innovative projects in a global context.
  • Benefit from a flexible working environment.
  • Steer your career in various directions across functions and countries.
  • Receive investment in your development through award-winning learning opportunities.
