About the Role

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global end user support team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global strategy for end user support, including the establishment of service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our technology partners and sourcing providers to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • Lead a high-performing team of end user support specialists, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our business operations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT infrastructure, including Ivanti and ITAM processes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of end user support experience, including international support engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience solving complex technical issues and engaging teams of multiple stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of IT industry standards and best practices, with experience developing organizational capability and process improvement models.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams across international locations, with a solution-focused and proactive mindset.
