Job Title: BODY CARE Fragrance Development Manager RCB EUROPE

Shape the future of fragrances for consumer brands with DSM-Firmenich.

As an experienced Fragrance Development Manager, you will partner with our perfumers to design superior and differentiating fragrance creations and innovations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Win business by managing proactive and reactive development of fragrances to answer client briefs and support Sales (presentations & brand servicing) for Body Care local clients in Europe with a focus on Poland and UK countries.
  • Gains, defends, and revitalizes business by developing olfactive visions for brands/categories (usually at local or regional level) and generating fragrance solutions.
  • In charge of Body Care Fragrance development evaluation and collections build-up while generating sales by using and promoting collections successfully: Country collection, low-cost collections...
  • Solid partner of perfumer, guiding them in their developments.
  • Bring Cross-Category Knowledge and information to enhance Body Care performance and synergies with other categories.
  • Maximize efficiency and impact by making regular use of internal tools, in particular Consumer Insight and Technical Innovation tools.
  • Constantly develops in-depth market product knowledge in European Body Care categories.
  • Detects olfactive trends and needs for categories (Marketing insight) and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions.
  • Promote positive team spirit by contributing to common objectives and sharing information.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Body Care evaluation.
  • This level position is driven by the number of years and complexity, importance of assigned customers and product categories, as well as successful track record.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Agility, flexibility, curiosity, a growth mindset, and hunger to win.
