About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at Crédit Agricole SA. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of our core banking suite of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Management: Manage user requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all incidents are investigated and resolved promptly.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including users, senior management, and other IT teams, to provide timely updates and resolutions.
- Support Tasks: Perform daily support tasks, including sanity checks and on-call duties, to ensure the stability and availability of our applications.
- Change Management: Contribute to change requests, urgent data modifications, and INTPRODs executions, ensuring that all changes are properly tested and implemented.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and update support documentation, ensuring that all knowledge is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Escalation: Escalate issues to senior management and other IT teams as necessary, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Possess basic technical skills, including SQL, Unix, Microservices, and CI/CD tools.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify sustainable solutions.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into simple language that is understandable by business and operations stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and implement sustainable solutions.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in application support, with exposure in the banking industry.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Location
Crédit Agricole SA, with opportunities to work in a dynamic and global environment.
