Job Opportunity: Oracle Transportation Management Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support for complex application issues and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application support processes, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge bases.
  • Prepare and present reports on application performance, incidents, and support activities to management.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving complex user issues.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user knowledge and application proficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ~ 10 years of IT experience, including implementation of Oracle Transportation Management.
  • ~ OTM Expert, both functionally and technically (Setup configuration, Order Management, Shipment management, Financials, rates, master data, bulk planning parameters, VPDs, user configuration, screen set development, SQL queries, Tracking Events and working with CSV & XML files).
