Your primary focus will be on infrastructure management, virtual machine management, system administration, and IT architecture. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement IT strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
* Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades on servers and network devices
* Implement and manage security measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities
* Create, configure, and manage virtual machines
* Monitor and optimize VM performance for efficient resource use
* Troubleshoot and resolve VM-related issues
* Administer and support specialized production software, including installation and license management
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
* Ensure regular data backups and enforce security procedures against threats
* Support IT architecture strategy and develop automation interfaces between business applications
* Conduct regular security awareness training
* Manage the ticketing system and provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
* Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, offering training and assistance as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* 5+ years in IT management, focusing on infrastructure, system administration, and user support
* Experience in IT security, threat detection, and mitigation
* Prior experience managing a ticketing system and technical support
* Strong technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and VMs
* Ability to implement and manage comprehensive IT security measures
* Adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks
* Project management skills to manage IT projects from start to finish, aligning with organizational goals
* Collaboration skills to work closely with management and departments on IT strategy and business integration
