Missions
  • S'assurer du respect des obligations contractuelles des Parties et du bon avancement de l'exécution des prestations.
  • Contribuer à l'anticipation des risques (contractuels, juridiques, planning, financiers) et au pilotage des actions de couverture de ces risques.
  • Contribuer à la bonne application des contrats lors de la passation des commandes avec ou sans mise en concurrence.
  • Maîtriser en relation avec les interlocuteurs Projet la mise en œuvre des modifications contractuelles concernant les contrats.
  • Coordonner la gestion des claims (réclamations) entrants et sortants.
  • Accompagner les MdP sur les situations rencontrées dans le cadre de l'exécution des contrats.
  • Alerter sur les signaux faibles ou dysfonctionnements rencontrés et proposer des actions d'amélioration ou de portage par rapport à la bonne compréhension du contrat, la bonne posture des managers de projets et des équipes projets.
Profil recherché
  • Issu d'une formation Bac + 5 avec une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans le contract management de contrats concernant des projets d'ingénierie et/ou de travaux d'infrastructures :
  • Une forte appétence pour travailler en mode projet et goût du travail en équipe.
  • Excellentes qualités en termes de communication, aisance rédactionnelle et posture pédagogique vis-à-vis des managers de projet.
  • Excellentes qualités en matière de négociation.
  • Une connaissance de base du droit des contrats français.
  • Une expérience de contract-management sur la gestion de contrat-cadre.
  • La connaissance des achats code de la commande publique est également appréciée.
