The Group Accounting & Internal Control Manager is part of the Finance Excellence Team, responsible for developing strong accounting and reporting standards and ensuring they are correctly implemented in all our affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain group accounting policies and standards.
  • Translate technical accounting into practical policies and procedures.
  • Ensure standardization across accounting practices on key topics.
  • Provide training on internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance/accounting, DSCG, or "Expert comptable stagiaire".
  • Proven experience of 4-7 years in a Big 4, ideally supplemented with an operational finance role.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting, including knowledge of French GAAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
