The Training service is seeking to onboard an intern or apprentice eager to enhance their skills by supporting the Sales and After-Sales Training Project Managers on various initiatives:
Involvement in organizing product launch events:
Assisting the Nissan Academy team in the preparation and execution of product launch events for the Nissan lineup. Collaborating with event agencies, Nissan Europe training teams, internal stakeholders, and Nissan West Europe field forces.Localization and implementation of training materials:
Aiding the Nissan Academy team in localizing, adapting, and reviewing training materials provided by the Nissan Europe training team or developed locally to cater to the specific needs of the French market and network, in accordance with the defined training plan for the fiscal year. These materials may address both sales and service functions.Promotion and enhancement of the training tool (LMS) configuration:
Actively promoting the LMS to the Nissan sales force and network (showcasing the training catalog, managing the homepage...) and offering suggestions on maximizing the existing features of the LMS (workspace...). Following an initial familiarization with the LMS tool (Learning Management System) and in collaboration with the Nissan West administration and Nissan Europe system training teams, analyzing and defining the operational requirements related to the use of this database in the France region.Reporting, analysis, and activity enhancement:
Monitoring and analyzing the results of the deployed training through existing reporting tools (Excel and Power BI Business Intelligence tool). Assessing the internal users' needs for these reports. Defining specifications and development plans for new dashboards to be created on Power BI. Participating in performance monitoring through qualitative analysis of existing dashboard KPIs, as well as implementing campaigns to engage and take concrete actions towards field forces and the network with the aim of optimizing participation rates in various training programs and achieving the defined KPIs.Contribution to the development of web-based and digital training tools:
Assisting in enhancing our Nissanpedia platform, our tool for simplifying Nissan technologies. Regularly conducting research and participating in the implementation of new digital solutions.Required Profile
Educational Background:
