Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Project Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of projects, including new development, redevelopment, and restructuring/renovation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical, functional, and environmental project programming
  • Consultation, selection, and management of technical service providers
  • Oversight of audits and due diligence for acquisitions
  • Monitoring of upstream studies and project phases
  • Operational oversight during project execution
  • Administrative, contractual, and financial monitoring of projects
  • Development and integration of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies
Requirements
  • Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate or construction
  • Team spirit, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information
  • Autonomy, customer orientation, and capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong sensitivity to environmental issues
  • Proficiency in English in a professional context
