Job Title: Sales & Customer Service

Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about HVAC products, prices, availability, and usage.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly.
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers and follow up on sales leads and inquiries to generate additional business.
  • Assist customers with technical questions or issues related to HVAC products and refer complex technical inquiries to TSA.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and phone/email correspondence.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and different software programs.
  • Must be able to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift, and carry items up to 75 pounds.
