Project Coordinator - Banking Services
- Lead Internal Projects: Manage and oversee projects within the Banking Services Department, ensuring successful completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support Project Management: Provide comprehensive support to business and project managers by facilitating communication, coordinating tasks, and resolving issues effectively.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Spearhead initiatives focused on digital transformation and process automation within the Banking Services Department, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation & Training: Ensure clear documentation of new tools, procedures, and processes, and deliver comprehensive training to team members to facilitate seamless adoption.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with IT projects and assist in implementing audit recommendations. Foster effective communication and coordination across various bank departments.
- Departmental Coordination: Organize and facilitate department meetings, events, and workshops to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team cohesion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in banking production services.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is an asset.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
