We are searching for a talented Field Sales Senior Manager to lead our Mid-Market Accounts Team in France. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive global growth as a world-wide leader of workforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing highly performing sales teams, driving long-term sales strategies, and guiding teams towards achieving sales objectives.

About the Role

  • Sales Leadership: Lead a team of field-based sales representatives and develop a long-term sales strategy that aligns with ADP's international goals.
  • People Leadership: Communicate a compelling vision that inspires action and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Market Leadership: Identify trends, insights, and threats to add context to monthly reporting and sales performance.

Your Background

  • Must-Have Skills:
    • In-depth sales experience within the HCM, payroll & SaaS industry.
    • A proven track record of managing highly performing sales teams.
    • Fluency in French and English.
    • Experience handling complex, multi-country sales engagements.
    • Demonstrate a track record of over-achievement against assigned sales quotas.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Financial/Consultative Sales background.
    • Strategic and commercial awareness.
    • Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors.

What We Offer

  • A highly competitive salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year.
