Water Treatment Process Manager

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et optimiser des processus pour des solutions d'eau d'urgence ou de pont, garantissant l'efficacité et l'efficacité.
  • Identifier et allouer les ressources de flotte appropriées pour répondre aux exigences des projets.
  • Effectuer des analyses approfondies et des optimisations de portefeuille pour s'assurer que les besoins des clients sont satisfaits.
  • Élaborer des feuilles de coûts détaillées, en tenant compte de tous les facteurs pertinents et en garantissant la rentabilité.
  • Identifier et atténuer les risques des projets, aborder les problèmes de manière efficace et rapide.

Collaboration

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de ventes pour s'aligner sur les exigences des projets.
  • Coordonner avec les centres de service et les équipes de service régionales pour garantir une allocation efficace des ressources et l'exécution et l'approbation des projets.
  • Entretenir une communication ouverte et des relations de travail solides avec les équipes fonctionnelles et les parties prenantes.
  • Faciliter la partage des connaissances et l'adoption des meilleures pratiques au sein de l'entreprise.

Leadership d'équipe

  • Diriger, motiver et former une équipe d'ingénieurs d'application.
  • Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif et performant.
  • Attribuer des tâches, surveiller les progrès et fournir des conseils.
  • Effectuer des évaluations de performance, identifier les besoins de formation et identifier les opportunités de développement.
  • Veiller à ce que les équipes respectent les délais des projets, les normes EHS, la conformité et les normes qualité.
  • Entretenir une culture d'équipe saine et soutenue en alignement avec les valeurs de Veolia et les objectifs de transformation écologique.

Qualifications

  • Titre universitaire en ingénierie.
  • Expérience solide dans un domaine lié à l'eau ou équivalente.
  • Compétences en gestion de projet et leadership d'équipe.
  • Expérience probante dans la gestion de projets complexes de début à fin avec succès.
  • Compétences commerciales solides et expérience en rédaction de propositions, négociation de contrats et engagement client.
  • Capacité à gérer la disruption et les changements de transformation.
  • Compétences en résolution de problèmes, analyse et prise de décision solides.
  • Compétence en français et en anglais (écrit et parlé).
  • Compétence en outils de gestion de projet.
  • Volonté et capacité à voyager fréquemment dans le Royaume-Uni et l'UE (~2-4 jours par mois).
