We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Marseille, France or remotely. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in French and English.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
- Monitor and control spam and phishing attempts, as well as new signups and SMS campaigns using our backend tool.
- Improve our knowledge base by generating content, including questions and answers, quick guides, and how-to articles in French and English.
- Support other areas of the company, including sales and marketing.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a similar role.
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM (GMT+2).
- Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and countries.
- Interest in internet and marketing.
- Ability to comfortably interact with a wide variety of customers.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
