Key Responsibilities:
- Server and Storage Management: Oversee the administration of servers, storage solutions, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365, while ensuring robust IT security measures.
- Project Management: Engage in the deployment of applications and contribute to various technical initiatives.
- Technical Support Level 2: Deliver second-level support for system-related issues, including incident resolution and request handling.
- Operational Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing maintenance of production applications.
- Updates and Security Management: Supervise and confirm operating system and software updates, along with equipment upgrades, while managing antivirus protocols.
- Documentation and Technological Monitoring: Develop resolution procedures, maintain technical documentation, and conduct ongoing technological assessments.
Technical Environment:
- Microsoft Technologies: Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, and System Center.
- Virtualization and Storage Solutions: Experience with Nutanix, VMware, HP 3PAR, and DELL/EMC storage systems.
- Security and Scripting: Familiarity with BitDefender and Powershell.
- Additional Technologies: Knowledge of Citrix Xenapp, Sharepoint, web servers, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure Cloud.
