Job Description

As a Team Lead SDR at Iceberg Data Lab, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and structuring a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role requires a unique blend of management skills and hands-on involvement in prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 5 to 8 SDRs.
  • Design and optimize outbound prospecting processes (email, LinkedIn, phone).
  • Organize weekly synchronization meetings with Account Executives for lead management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years as an SDR, with prior management experience, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Pipedrive) and automation (Snove).
  • Fluency in English is essential, as the team is international (including English, Japanese, and American profiles).
