About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Order Taker to join our team at Accor. As an Order Taker, you will be the frontline ambassador for our guests' in-room dining experiences, providing exceptional service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of menus and promotions to provide recommendations to guests and enhance their dining experience.
- Provide high standards of quality and follow-up to ensure proper delivery time and speedy service.
- Ensure all operating standards are well understood to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations Manual.
- Maintain a clean and organized room service area at all times.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance guest care, product knowledge, and other essential skills.
- Perform tasks as per instructions from the immediate supervisor and as per duty schedule.
Requirements:
- Service-focused personality with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
