About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Travel Consultant Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, supporting our clients in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering clients' projects on different aspects of business travel, including hotel, air, and car RFPs, travel policy reviews, and creation of dashboards.
- Support the implementation of global processes and tools on projects.
- Help create compelling client deliverables.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of consulting products and deliverables.
- Support Consulting Analysts with data consolidation.
- Interact with suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as international business, hospitality, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as other reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Analytical approach and ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Good presentation skills and ability to persuade and create action.
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated personality.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and communicate in both French and English.
