About the Role

At Alstom, we're passionate about creating greener and smarter mobility solutions. As a Turnkey Construction Coordination Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our region's tender process, ensuring seamless construction methodology and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to the region throughout the tender process, focusing on construction methodology and scheduling.
  • Develop a suitable sequence of works and tender methodology, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Bid Planning Manager to prepare the first-time chainage, estimating durations for main activities.
  • Coordinate with Product Lines (PL) subsystems to perform estimations, ensuring homogenous and validated assumptions.
  • Work closely with partners to coordinate construction activities and phasing.
  • Support the narrative explanation of the schedule from a technical perspective.
Project Support
  • Assist the region in the early stages of mobilization, focusing on construction staging, sequencing, and phasing.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Perform peer reviews with the OPC team and construction team to evaluate maturity and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Measurement
  • Ensure on-time delivery of the following:
  • Overall Method Statement associated with the Schedule.
  • All construction requirements, including site facilities definition, workload, and support for Test & Comm.
Knowledge & Experience
  • Proven experience in construction coordination on railway projects.
  • Good overall knowledge of railway systems, projects, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with scheduling methods (Time Chainage, GANTT) and tools (MS Project, Primavera, Tilos).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
