Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners at multiple hierarchical levels, ensuring alignment on objectives, performance, and growth plans.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow subscribers, revenue, and margins for your partner accounts.
  3. Provide actionable insights and growth recommendations to partners, mobilizing internal stakeholders to support partnerships.
  4. Manage complex contract negotiations and ensure compliance with agreements.
  5. Represent Deezer's core values in your local market and embody the company's mission as an ambassador for our global partnerships team.
Requirements:
  1. 6-8+ years of international and intercultural work experience in Strategic Partnerships or Business Development in media, telecommunications, VOD, consumer electronics, gaming, and/or retail.
  2. Experience in meeting and exceeding revenue and commercial targets.
  3. Executive presence, proven track record of managing relationships, and a high level of negotiation skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, with business fluency in other languages a plus.
  5. A strong performer with autonomous prioritization skills, a hands-on approach, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
