Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will possess a solid background in international or regional services sales within the wireless sector. This role is vital for enhancing our market footprint and nurturing essential relationships with Tier 1 service providers and private networks.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and oversee customer engagement from initial contact to booking for Managed Services and Software-Led Services.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert regarding our service solution offerings within the designated region.
- Prepare and present compelling service solution presentations.
- Craft persuasive written responses to service tenders or proposals.
- Engage in frequent travel within the EMEA region.
- Develop and execute service sales strategies to meet corporate objectives in the EMEA region.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with Tier 1 service providers and private networks.
- Mentor and lead the regional sales team to achieve optimal performance and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote managed services development and market growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Managed Services Sales – required.
- A proactive mindset aimed at expanding the services business – required.
- Strong understanding of network technologies – required.
- Experience in selling services to telecom service providers and/or private networks – required.
- Excellent negotiation skills – required.
- Proven ability to close complex deals – required.
- Established relationships at the C-level within telecom and private networks.
- Demonstrated sales success in telecom and private networks for managed services – required.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in international or regional sales, particularly in the wireless industry.
- A well-established network of contacts within Tier 1 service providers and private networks.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
