Client Development Executive

As a Customer Success Manager at Didomi, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a portfolio of clients, driving growth through upselling, and maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS). You will also contribute to product development by relaying customer feedback to our technical and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture a portfolio of clients
  • Drive growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain a high NPS through excellent customer service
  • Contribute to product development through customer feedback
Requirements
  • 2 years of higher education
  • Successful experience in CSM in at least one SaaS company
  • Excellent level of English and French (Spanish or German is an advantage)
  • You are very ambitious and curious
  • You like to take initiatives and improve processes
  • You have very good oral and written communication skills
