Client Development Executive

As a Customer Success Manager at Didomi, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a portfolio of clients, driving growth through upselling, and maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS). You will also contribute to product development by relaying customer feedback to our technical and product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture a portfolio of clients
- Drive growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain a high NPS through excellent customer service
- Contribute to product development through customer feedback
- 2 years of higher education
- Successful experience in CSM in at least one SaaS company
- Excellent level of English and French (Spanish or German is an advantage)
- You are very ambitious and curious
- You like to take initiatives and improve processes
- You have very good oral and written communication skills
