Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Nexway, a global e-commerce provider, is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join its team in Nîmes. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and application problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and application problems
  • Provide first-line support for user accounts, passwords, and network infrastructure equipment
  • Support specialized applications and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes
  • Document procedures and user guides
  • Prepare technical proposals for improvement
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in IT Technical Support
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems, IP networks, and Linux administration
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Linux certifications
  • Excellent service orientation, people skills, and problem-solving abilities
