Position Overview

Senior Manager of Corporate Sales & Events

The Senior Manager of Corporate Sales & Events is tasked with crafting and implementing strategic sales initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue from the corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sectors. This position requires the development and nurturing of robust relationships with clients and event planners, as well as the negotiation and finalization of sales contracts to ensure the successful delivery of events. The Sales Manager will work closely with the team to create customized proposals and marketing campaigns, representing the brand at industry gatherings to boost visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies to optimize revenue from Corporate and MICE segments. Assess market trends and competitor actions to refine approaches.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain connections with clients, event organizers, and agencies. Conduct meetings, presentations, and site evaluations.
  • Revenue Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with events and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of MICE events.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Create promotional materials and sales initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Align sales objectives with the sales team and other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality sector, with a focus on Corporate and MICE segments. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Personal Attributes: Results-driven with a proactive sales mindset. Demonstrates high professionalism and a customer-focused approach. Thrives in fast-paced and dynamic settings.
  • Proficient Communication Skills (Thai, English) and effective people management and interpersonal skills.
