Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Accor. As a Senior Sales Manager/ADOS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business relationships with key clients in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targeted revenue growth in the MICE segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including MICE planners, event coordinators, and corporate travel managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the hotel's MICE offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the hotel's operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
  • Conduct site inspections and entertainment meetings with potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to clients and management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
