We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at AFNOR Editions. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding AFNOR Groupe's services and products.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to normalization and regulation.
- Assist clients in using our online store and provide technical support for digital solutions.
- Identify and refer potential clients to our sales team.
- Offer support and guidance to clients in using our services, including webinars and remote meetings.
- Manage and resolve technical incidents, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Qualify and process client requests via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
- Record client interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in product testing and development.
- Support the team and contribute to projects at AFNOR Editions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience in B2B customer service, including hotline experience.
- Strong customer service skills and proactive approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 650/700.
