About the Role

Cosentino is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrative professional to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrative, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and coordinating sales meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records, including contact information and sales history.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus professional training or certification in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
