About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative professional to join our team at Cosentino. As a Sales Administrative, you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance, Sales, and Operations departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders and issue sales transaction invoices
  • Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
  • Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments
  • Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed High School plus Professional Training degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fundamentals of computing, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Strong SAP or CRM user knowledge
